Scheduling & Access

  • Appointment Windows: We schedule during normal business hours and confirm your time in advance. (For urgent needs, ask about same‑day availability.)
  • Property Access: Please ensure we can reach all agreed‑upon areas (interior, exterior, attic/crawlspace, garage, etc.). Specific access notes appear on your service confirmation. (Commercial accounts: we’ll coordinate site‑access protocols with your team.)

Your Part (Prep & Safety)

  • After Treatment: Avoid bare‑foot traffic until products are dry; do not apply DIY pesticides (this can counteract our work and affect coverage).


Service Frequency

  • One‑Time Treatments: Ideal for isolated issues with optional follow‑up.
  • Ongoing Protection Plans: Recurring visits to prevent re‑infestation and maintain a pest‑free environment year‑round.


Reservice Warranty
